With diverse geography and microclimates both Napa and Sonoma Counties offer number sites with lots of sunshine yet moderate temperatures -ideal conditions for growing Sauvignon Blanc. This captivating varietal exhibits fresh, vibrant notes of grapefruit and tropical fruit when cultivated with care. We utilize gentle winemaking techniques to preserve the wine's crisp vitality, and age a small portion in neutral oak barrels to impart greater weight and texture.
