Cimarron Reposado is made by Enrique Fonseca, best known for his high-end tequilas: Fuenteseca, Don Fulano, and others. This single-estate agave for Cimarron is sourced from his own farm, (& why it remains affordable in this agave shortage.) The agave grows high in the hills of Jalisco and is slow roasted, fermented nearly dry and then aged in barrel for 6 months.
