Our white Sancerre is made from the Sauvignon grape variety . This very particular grape is harvested once its grains, with their beautiful golden reflections, become pigmented with small black grains. Sancerre, produced with Sauvignon blanc, is an alcohol that offers you the taste of ripe grapes in the mouth.
